1. Projek ini dibawah naungan Yayasan Sultan Ibrahim – sebahagian daripada usaha Keluarga Diraja Johor dalam meringankan beban rakyat

2. Yayasan ini akan melantik pengurus projek dan kontraktor untuk mereka dan membina unit rumah mengikut spesifikasi Tuanku

3. Projek ini akan menjadi satu projek yang tidak melibatkan keuntungan

4. Rakyat turut akan menerima kemudahan dewan serbaguna, taman, kedai dan motel. Ia dibina dan dibiayai oleh DYMM Sultan Johor dan DYAM Tunku Mahkota Johor

5. Proses pemilihan yang ketat akan dilaksanakan dan disahkan melalui sistem komputer daripada UPEN

6. Jawatankuasa pemilihan terdiri daripada Setiausaha Negeri dan ahli-ahli lembaga Yayasan Sultan Ibrahim

KRITERIA PEMOHON YANG TELAH DITETAPKAN OLEH DYMM SULTAN JOHOR

1. Pemohon perlu terdiri daripada rakyat Johor

2. Pendapatan seisi rumah di bawah RM5,000

3. Bukan anak sulung atau anak tunggal

4. Tidak pernah memiliki hartanah sendiri sebelum ini

5. DYMM Sultan Johor mahu pengagihan yang adil kepada seluruh kaum Melayu, Cina dan India. Baginda mahu membina semangat kemasyarakatan

CIRI-CIRI RUMAH IMPIAN BANGSA JOHOR

1. Rumah teres satu tingkat berserta tiga bilik tidur dan dua bilik air

2. Harga seunit bermula daripada RM70,000

3. Rumah teres dua tingkat berserta tiga bilik tidur dan dua bilik air

4. Harga seunit berharga bawah daripada RM200,000

1. The project will be under the auspices of the Sultan Ibrahim Foundation – an effort by the Johor Royal Family to ease the burden of the people.

2. The foundation will appoint a project manager and contractor to build the houses in accordance to His Majesty’s specifications.

3. The project will be a non-profit project.

4. The people will receive amenities such as a multi-purpose hall, a park, shops and a motel which will be built and funded by HM Sultan of Johor and HRH Crown Prince of Johor.

5. A stringent selection process will be implemented with a computerised vetting system by UPEN.

6. The selection committee will include the Secretary of State and board members of the Sultan Ibrahim Foundation.

APPLICATION CRITERIA HAS BEEN SET BY HM SULTAN OF JOHOR

1. Applicant must be a Johorean
2. Household income of under RM5,000
3. Not an eldest child or only child.
4. Has never been a home owner
5. HM Sultan of Johor decrees for a fair distribution amongst Malays, Chinese and Indians. His Majesty intends to build a strong social spirit.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE RUMAH IMPIAN BANGSA JOHOR

1. Single story terrace with three bedrooms and two bathrooms
2. Price of a unit will start at RM70,000
3. Double story terrace with three bedrooms and two bathrooms
4. Prices of these units will be under RM200,000.
